Can not say enough about the excellent service I get at your dealership. Wayne, the Service Representative, was very attentive to my needs as always. I always appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is at the Dealership. The car was very clean upon pickup. And I was given an excellent loaner vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Tri-Cities to all my friends.

I went into BMW not really knowing what to expect, since all the other car dealerships I've been to were pushy and rude. (For example.. Honda, who ran my credit score TWICE without asking me) Larry Riggs was the client advisor that helped me today. He was absolutely amazing. He didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle and helped answer every question I had. I want to thank Chris M and his team for working through an issue that arose before the change of ownership in BMW of Tri-Cities. He went above and beyond in finding resolution to a situation that he could have easily said, not my problem.
