Miguel Reyna is more than our BMW salesperson. He has quickly become our friend. He learns what we want and keeps us posted on inventory and features. He is kind, concerned, and genuine. This is our second of many BMWs we will buy from him and BMW of Tri-Cities. We also enjoyed working with Jim (sales manager), Eli, and, of course, Armando (finance manager).
