First time ever leasing a new car and couldn't have been a better experience. Jimmy found the exact car I wanted and made the process of leasing/ trading in my old vehicle a very smooth process. He was very knowledgable and continued following up with me after the sale to make sure everything with the car was good. Its very rare to find a car salesman who actually cares about the customer and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new BMW.

One of my best dealer experiences ever. From the moment I entered until after the sale was made, Jim was the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He is very dedicated to his customers and making them satisfied, in my case Jim Pescatore willingly came to the work just to make sure I was taken care of. He is also very informative and considerate of the customer's demands. In all incidences, Jim reached or exceeded my expectation and negotiated a fair deal.

This is now my third straight car i have purchased from Jimmy at Coggin. We live in Miami and after vising the showrooms down here, we ventured online to find other dealers to get our BMW from. The service is always good, Jo-Ellen makes a real effort for customer satisfaction...However I'm not impressed with the pricing...I just had to replace a battery in my 2010 M-3 which just went out of warranty six weeks ago. $556.00 to replace a battery is ridiculous... You'd think on a high end car like this being so close to it's warranty period BMW would have made some kind of accommodation.

I am first time buyer of a BMW and since last week have come to appreciate a true drving experience. Let’s face it, BMWs and other expensive European cars are often sold before customers enter the show room. Deciding the make, model, color, and gadgets may be discussed with the sales agent but in this stage of the process it’s all about customer service and Jimmy was on point. We purchase a 2014 535i in November 2013 and purposely waited to post a review in January 2014.
