Momentum BMW is not the closest dealership to my home but the people are friendly and attentive to my needs. I had purchased a mini cooper from them 3 years ago for the same reason that the salesstaff was courteous and informative. Sat down with Walter and he was the consummate pro. Not only that but his people skills are great. We filtered through the automobiles that I was interested in and we promised not to waste each other's time and I bought a car from start to finish in 2 hours. Just moved to Texas and Walter will be the only person I will be buying cars from.
Khalil was great. He had a lot of patience and took the extra time to help me with all the X5s features. I know I can call him anytime with questions. Also the actual purchase of car was fast (we paid cash after trade in) but the guy was very efficient.
I am writing this review as my first time purchasing a vehicle from Momentum BMW. I just picked up a 2011 Mini Cooper S CPO from their used vehicle showroom.
