"Great" Staff was friendly like always, the service that was completed was done in a timely manner, and my car was clean when I picked it up
"Exelent" Great service. Joshua scheduled my appointment he same week I called. I had offered a ride from dealership to take me to work and a ride back.
"Best possible experience " Non pressure relaxed experience, best experience buying a car. Demetrius Johnson made the entire experience pleasurable as possible by going out of his way to provide excellent service, information and guidance. Tony Johnson handled the financial arrangements with expertise and guidance as well.
"Lease " My lease was ending in 3 months and I was shopping around. Originally I called to get a comparison quote since I live in a rural area. Stephen H. answered my call and his excellent customer service and responsiveness made the choice clear to go with Luther Park Place Motor Cars. "Very helpful team " These guys were glad to help me out when I dropped in unexpectedly. I was greeted with concerned folks that were eager to assist in resolving my issue with a needed update.
"Emergency alignment" Luther park place was able to squeeze me in after hitting a deer to align my car so I can return back to Chicago. Very kind friendly people and reasonable prices thank you

"Excellent Service and Honest Guidance" I had a wonderful experience with Tim and James in selecting my new Audi Q3! I felt like they were very honest in helping me make some important decisions... all of my questions were answered and I felt like I could trust their recommendations.
