"Excellent " Great service. Joshua scheduled my appointment he same week I called. I had a ride from dealership to take me to work and a ride back.
"Busy Place" Each time I visit Park Place, I feel like they short-staffed. Whether they are or not, it just seems like there is more work to be done than what staff can handle. I came n for an oil change which morphed into a 2 1/2 hour long appointment including a tire rotation and a back up camera software update which erased all my setting preferences, took away the display option for my digital speedometer, and I feel the back up camera did not improve. "Purchasing a new car " It was indeed a pleasure doing business with Aaron for the purchase of my wonderful brand new BMW, That was the most exciting purchase I've made. Aaron was great to work with and provided a beautiful vehicle for a very reasonable price, love everyone and everything there.
"Great experience " Aaron was very helpful in getting my awesome new Audi. My previous car had a lot of trouble, and Aaron worked hard to make sure that I not only got a great car, but also, an amazing deal.
"Awesome salesman" We haven't driven it much yet. This weekend will be first long trip. Have to have a lesson on all the bells and whistles! Lots of compliments from friends so far. This will be our 4th Volkswagen so we are familiar with them. We highly recommend Steve as a valuable employee. Don't lose him!!!
"BMW Leasing 2019" Overall experience was good. Friendly staff, Courteous and no pressure. Quick response and call backs. I called the sales agent in the morning with my choice of car and they closed the deal in the evening, and it was on a holiday. Impressed with their quick process to approve and lease out on the same day. The car was not super clean when delivered (for a new car). Probably sat in the lot for sometime.. "Service" We Love going to Luther. We have gotten our last 3 cars here and we always get our cars serviced there too. We will go nowhere else! Best dealership in town.
"buying a Ford truck utilizing Franklin Varner" I went to McGrath Ford looking for a used pick-up truck. I was approached by Mr. Frank Varner, a sales person at the 1st Ave Ford Dealer, Frank asked all the right questions to locate several pick-ups for me to test drive. "New tires and alignment" Good service! Honest with service costs and recomondations. Waiting room is comfortable and has cold water and snacks for anyone thirsty or hungry, as well as coffee for anyone not quite awake.
