"Needed a quality alignment " My BMW had not been handling the poor road conditions this winter like she used to. Was confident I had an alignment issue. Mike is highly skilled with BMW steering and suspension. So contacted Kevin to set me up. I could feel the difference in 3 or 4 blocks. Much more settled and does not search. Thanks Kevin and Mike!!

"Well taken care of!" From the moment you walk in you are assisted, even if you are just standing there waiting. Everyone is very friendly and they will ask you if you're being helped, and they always mention the lounge area to get snacks and drinks. "Friendly and prompt service!" All staff were very friendly, they worked quickly to ensure that my car was up to date and returned to me in a timely manner! I also appreciated them offering me transportation to anywhere I needed to be while my car was in service. The price was a bit much but nothing too outstanding. Overall, I am satisfied with the staff and service!
