"Friendly service" Service rep went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of and my other bmw was taken care of quickly without an appointment.
"Bought used vehicle" Everyone was very professional and helpful!! They were very fair in pointing out a scuff on the front bumper that I didn’t see. They will fix for me free of charge. I hadn’t noticed it. Jeff and Mac suggested a vehicle that would be good for me after I decided I no longer wanted to keep putting money into my 2006 beetle. I got a 2015 beetle with only 8,000 miles on it and got it for a great price!!
"Purchase of Audi Q5." Entire experience was great. Always greeted by sales personnel who were prompt and friendly. Never any high pressure sales tactics. My main sales person Ashwin Kushwaha was fantastic. Very knowledgable. Patient. Always available. Felt that he was always working to find the car that was best for me rather than simply trying to make a sale.
"VW Golf" Very efficient and thorough, explained things well. I got an oil change and inspection completed and it was very thorough and timely. Mac Miller kept in touch and explained things well.
"Excellent service" Great service, very knowledgeable service advisor. Punctual delivery, good quality of service. Clean facility. Friendly atmosphere. This kind of sums it all up. Adding text to meet 35 word requirement.
"New Battery" Relaxing, test drove 2015 Audi Q7. Wife thinking of upgrading. After completing Battery replacement kevin completed (2) recalls. And reviewed next maintenance action items. Wife will be scheduling.
"Service" Joshua was great as usual. I arrived there just before 7AM but had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a ride to work. I had to run almost a block to swipe into work at 7:32. I am to be in the lab before or right at 7:30. I have never had this problem before.
"Tiguan purchase" I purchased a Tiguan. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. I received help selecting car and features that made most sense for me. I was helped through financing
"Always a good experience" I always feel good about bringing my Passat to Park Place VW, where I purchased it. Jeff and Mac have been great! I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism.
