"Great experience " Brought my car in to get serviced and Joshua was able to answer any questions and concerns that I had. The service was done in a timely manner. Joshua let me know if any problems came up during the service. Great work.
"fix of the defective window seal on newly purchased allroad" i recently purchased a new audi allroad which had few issues causing me to experience some degree of buyer’s remorse. however, josh’s professional, friendly, and efficient service has been nothing but reassuring in more than adequate support from luther’s service team.
"Good service" Luther park place has clear and upfront service. Their prices are somewhat higher. Kevin is great! Always getting back to you promptly and explains the work in detail.
"Very friendly employees" The staff were very friendly and Kevin made sure I had options (shuttle, loaner car, enterpise rental) to get home while my car was being serviced.
"Top quality service" Park Place always gets my car serviced according to my schedule. I drop off the car, get a ride to work and get picked up from work when it’s ready. I love the pay online so I do t have to stand at the counter when I pick up my vehicle.
"Online purchase" Sam made everything very easy and was wonderful to communicate with. I bought the car from just looking at it online. He helped with getting it shipped to me. I would do business with them again.
