"Thank you for special service" Our car was scheduled for the service to comply with the problems VW administration created for owners & service personnel. We'd just got home from hospital when I called to ask if the car could be picked up since it was very inconvenient to have it there by 8 the next morning. "Purchased dream BMW from a wonderful dealer" While down in Rochester over Thanksgiving weekend and I stopped in park place to look at a recent off lease BMW X5. The staff was very curteuous and helpful, more so than some of the twin cities BMW dealers. Typically with my baby face, I don’t get much attention from the sales staff.
