"Job done when promised and at the cost quoted " We dropped off the vehicle to have a winter set of tires and mud flaps installed. There were no surprises when we picked up the vehicle. Everything looked good , the parts looked as well as I was hoping. A job well done

"Very good service. Expensive but it is a BMW" Kevin was very polite, informative and gave me excellent service. It was exspensive but it is for a BMW. I am suprised at the cost of the headlight. $400+ ouch but that is no reflection in tegard to the service I recieved.
"headlight replacement..." I replaced a low beam bulb on the passenger side myself. Bulb was good but it didn't work when I put it into the fitting. My service rep said to expect a $175.00 diagnostic charge and 2 hours to effect repair. We took advantage of their shuttle service to go get some lunch. Within the hour I received a call advising me the job was completed. The final price was just a small fraction of the diagnostic charge including parts and labor. "Ford oil and tited" Everything was done to my satisfaction. Good deal on tires and was even able to use a coupon for the oil change. Everything was done on time.
"Everything was fine" I am just curious why you do both this survey and I also received a phonemail message from someone at 1-877-534-0991 who wanted to talk to me about the service and then yet an email from I believe someone with the last name of "Sorenson" that wanted to insure that the service was ok...this is overkill which could lead to someone not responding at all-thanks...
