"The I mostly wanted " Tim was great, and the price is the price. Don't talk to James, he is harsh. Sam was our first salesperson he was also wonderful. I missed a few things on my BMW during inspection... never look at a car at dusk.

"Beetle Recall" Scheduling the recall service appointment was easy with Jeff. The appointment itself was on time and in fact was completed 15 minutes early. Mac.did a great job of checking me in and keeping me informed.

"Car was done when I requested ." Great serviced, tires changed out, car washed, done on the time I requested at a reasonable price and parked so I could find it easily.
"Top notch service" Sam was very thorough when explaining things, answered all my questions and concerns, always offering me drink or food while waiting. This was my first time buying a car, I knew what I wanted, they knew what to get me and met my needs. My credit history was border line and they pulled me through for a car. Thats just showing how hard they worked for me. On top of that he offered to drop the car off at home because I drove there on my own.
