"Easy to work with, friendly with the customers." We bought a VW Beetle convertible from this dealership. They took extra effort to get the color that we liked from a nearby dealership. Everyone was very friendly with us. I highly recommend this dealership to others.
"30 inspection checkup of new BMW x-1" My salesman was busy helping someone else but others did step up to help me. Issues about installing a trailer hitch was a bit disappointing, especially since I was speaking of wanting the vehicle for that reason....after markets are avail but no highly rated advise waa given but what I had experience with Sort of scary thinking a hitch install could possibly make my hands free tailgate stop working...kind of like a gamble which isn’t cool for my new vehicle!
"Service" Great service especially with the concierge option. They made it very easy for my car to be picked up at work and dropped off as well. I am already looking forward to getting this done again in a year.
"Easy Buying Process" The process of buying my Explorer through McGrath Ford was great! Zach Williams was very helpful throughout and answered all of my questions and gave me a very thorough demonstration of the vehicle capabilities.

"Everything was great and they took less time than expected " All was exceptional. Only issue was the number of recalls on a new Atlas. The people were friendly helpful and very professional. They always make this visit better even though I live an hour away.
