"Used Vehicle Purchase" An excellent Experience I've never been to a friendlier Dealership. Everyone I delt with was very friendly and professional. I was treated as a new car buyer. I wish to thank them for the Experience.
"Perfect experience. MAC was extremely helpful and accommod." Great service department! Everyone is very helpful. The word minimum on this review is a little annoying though. You should leave it up to the customer to write as much or as little as they want.
"20k Service Check" I have always had excellent service at Parkplace. It is easy to make an appointment, easy to get in and out efficiently. Mac was kind and courteous. Parkplace offers rides home and back when needed.
"Excellent service" Never had to wait for service. Employees were attentive and friendly. It made the visit smooth and painless. The efficiency of the process was very impressive.
"Very helpful" Helped to diagnose two issues on an i3, one of which was not covered by the warranty. Resolved both issues, and provided a new loaner to use while the work was being done. Did not charge for labor incurred in diagnosing an uncovered issue.
"It was a great and enjoyable experience. " Great customer service and easy process of approval. The price range of the vehicle was awesome. I would certainly recommend friends, family, and would buy again in the future.
"Bought a used car" Arrived to look at and test drive a vehicle saw online. Almin was very nice and helpful and showed me the car we were interested in. Afterwards he helped us purchase said car and was very professional. This was my first time buying a car and I think it went excellent. All in all the whole experience was very smooth and positive in my opinion. If I'm in the market for a car in the next couple years I'll definitely have this experience in my mind.
"Great customer experience " Great customer service, fast and efficient. I will recommend this dealer ship to buy from . My rep Aaron went out of the way to drop the rental with me and got me an Auxiliary wire. Even though dealer was at closing time.
"Maintenance Service" This is my second time bringing my car in and I thought the customer service was great. Park place staff is very friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. Thank you guys!
