"Over and Above Customer Service" We traveled from Wisconsin with an eye on a very clean used 328I. From the very beginning, every employee we interacted with was personable and responsive. The atmosphere was very relaxed, not high pressure and we left we a our first BMW. "Always a great experience" We have bought a few cars at this dealership and every time we have received great customer service and have worked with knowledgeable, friendly staff. From the time you step on the lot until you leave, you are made to feel worth something, even by staff that is not directly working with you on your deal.
