We recently purchased our fourth vehicle at Park Place. We have had good experiences every time. Elliott was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful in every way. We never felt pressured. Sales and service have always been superb.

Went down to look at a used car we found online. Met w/ Aaron Bianchi who took care of us the whole time. My wife completed the test drive and we had no issues. The paperwork and finance team was easy to work with the whole time. Even when we had an issue w/ the car after we took it home, they took care of the repair, had a car for us to use. Service team was professional and great to work with.

I stopped into Park Place per a recommendation from a friend, I would not have stopped there otherwise because I didn't expect them to have the variety of vehicles that that they do. Aaron and the whole team at park place were so helpful and attentive. Some dealers still seem to ignore women shopping for a car alone. Not this team.This is the second car that I have purchased from them. I drove from St Paul to purchase my Golf Alltrac. This is my fifth VW.

Was on the phone prior to stopping in, by the time I was there, they had the car picked out to fit my needs. I had already done a lot of searching online, so I knew my pricing, and they found a car that fit my needs.

This was my most relaxed and easy auto purchase. All areas of the process were seamless and focused on me as the customer. The test drive and other assistance from Elliot, my sales consultant, to doing the deal with Brad and the paperwork with Anthony were easy and pleasant. Well worth the hour drive.
