I went in to service my 2013 BMW 328i with no intention of purchasing a new BMW, but that changed when I was approached by manager, James Taylor. I had some questions on the new 440i's and through his pleasant, knowledgeable sales abilities, he sold me on just the right car for me! I picked it up 2 weeks ago and love every bit of it. Beautiful car with a great ride!

I bought a new BMW X1 SAV and the delivery through the dealership was exceptional. Everyone I met and dealt with were friendly and concerned for me being familiar with the new vehicle. After the delivery I ordered the all weather floor mats and the parts department handled it and they installed them as well as the license plate when I brought it to the dealership. I am looking forward to having my vehicle serviced in the future. It was my best experience at a dealership I have had in my lifetime.

I gave the dealership a four star rating because of the expertise that they handled everything ,but I was disappointed that after I left towards home I noticed that the gas tank didn't get any gas like they had said.

I bought a 12-year-old minivan from Luther Park Place and couldn’t be happier. I bought an 06 Honda Odyssey off their lot. After completing the financing their safety inspection revealed it needed a few things to conform to their used car safety standards and asked for an additional day before I took delivery. They made the necessary repairs using quality parts. I feel like the safety of my family was of great concern to this dealership.
