We have purchased a number of cars at Park Place and our latest purchase continued the good relationship with the sales and service staff. They had to get our car from one of their other dealerships while we were out of town and by the time we got back from our trip the car was waiting for us to come to the dealership and pickup.

We had seen some Audi's online we wanted to look at, so my wife and I drove over to Rochester to take a look at a couple. We consider ourselves lucky to have met Almin Alisa to show us the cars. He not only told us all about them before we drove them, but while we doing our driving test he should us some of the features also. No hard sales here. After Almin showed us the car, it was pretty easy to decide on our own.

Our experience working with Michael and Brad was AWESOME! Brad quickly found the car we thought we wanted, but changed our minds. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt like the staff went above and beyond to help me. Both the salesperson and the sales manager worked very hard to find us the new car we wanted. They were aware that we lived much closer to another Audi dealer. They showed how they would justify a decision to buy from them, an hour away from our house. They gave a great price and tracked down a model in the color we wanted.
