Demetrius Johnson is an outstanding salesman, friendly, understanding, and professional. The car buying process felt like I was there with a friend rather than a pushy salesman. I never felt pushed or coerced when I was hesitant towards purchasing my vehicle. Demetrius weighed all my options with the vehicle, financing, and so on. We had a very positive recent purchase experience with Ashwin and James. Both were terrific. Ashwin followed up on everything that we needed and asked for...and then some. This is my third car bought at the dealership. I found the same salesmen but a different owner. My experience was great. McGrath improves the service and the bottom line on the final deal.

Almin was a good listener and helped me sort through different options, as we weren't sure if we wanted a cheaper used vehicle for my son, or something nicer for myself. Even though we were close to purchasing the VW Passat, another cheaper used vehicle came in for $5K. He presented that option as well, making sure we had time to consider our purchase.
