I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with Demetrius (and then Myron). Demetrius was great, even knew what I wanted before I did. He listened to what I wanted, showed me a few options, and even predicted what I would eventually buy (even after I immediately pushed back on it!). Myron was great to explain my options, and I enjoyed or conversation during the process very much. It was a joy to work with both.
The whole experience was a great one for me. Being a single woman over the age of 65, I was relieved to find so many qualified employees to help me with this big decision.

When buying a new car and looking to trade in a vehicle, I like to go into a dealership well prepared. I will talk to friends and associates about their vehicles, and their experiences. Michael did a great job explaining all the technology that comes with the Audi Q5 not once but twice to my wife and made her feel very comfortable. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. They made it very easy to purchase with very little down and no rush to make the down payment. My wife loves her Audi Q5!!!!

The gentleman in the parts department was very helpful in processing my return efficiently and to my satisfaction. I also received help with carrying items to my car.
