Michael Cornell along with several other sales persons were very patient with us as we worked through the recall issue and decision to replace our diesel vehicle with a gas vehicle. This will be our first gas fuel auto since we started to buy VWs in the seventies! Once we worked through the recall process, which was very detailed, the final process at Park Place went very smoothly. Michael was persistent and conscientious throughout the process. The quality of service was amazing! I went in with a car in mind and the salesman showed me my options. He didn't peer prussure me into buying nor did any of the staff. He showed me what i could afford and i made my decision from there. Now i drive a car i love with a price to match. Strongly recommend!
