I appreciated the fact that I did not feel the need to bargain back and forth. If that had happened I would have left the dealership I left comments on a previous page. Your team did a great job, but nobody gets and excellent.

Vehicle delivery was quick and staff was friendly by going through all the warranty details.I have also received follow up calls/emails couple of times asking about the experience of driving the vehicle.
We love our new Passat. Almin was very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product and had a couple of options at competitive pricing. Almin is approachable before, during and after the sale. Would highly recommend Luther Park Place.

I started with a different truck, had a good experience with Jordan as my sales person, but as soon as I got it home there was a huge motor issue. Joel & Zimmerman sales/service folks went above and beyond to make things right. Very pleasant experience buying a truck from these folks. I ordered a 2017 F-250 with a camper certification. It took 2.5 months to get it but I got everything I wanted.
We are very happy with our new car leased from Michael Cornell at Park Place Motors. Excellent customer service. He really worked with us to get the best deal for the car we loved, and created a comfortable sales environment -- always available to us for questions, but without added pressure, so we were able to make the right decision in our own time.
