We had a great experience when purchasing our new 2016 A3 convertible. Our sales consultant (Demetrius) was very knowledgeable about all their product lines. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon to look at used cars, and he showed us a number of cars that could meet our needs. I highly recommend my Zimmerman Sales Rep, David Norton to anyone looking for a car. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership and he bent over backwards to make all my time at the dealership productive for my schedule. Great all around experience. Was able to test drive the model I was interested in several times. The sales person was very low pressure throughout and was happy for me to return for another drive (Ron Thrune). Decided to order to get exact color and options. Pricing was better than any of the other dealerships in my the area. Delivery was great. A large purchase which has resulted in absolutely no buyer's remorse - kind of odd.

I had coffee while waiting, brought a book along to pass the time. I got there a few more muted early and to my surprise they started the oil change early.
Great sales experience from Knowledgeable and Professional staff. Turned in my Diesel Passat for new Passat. Have been very happy with the car and follow up from the Dealership.

Michael Cornell was so helpful! He stayed late when I called to ask questions about the car and then wanted to see it. He was so knowledgeable about the car and so fun to talk to and work with. He made the whole purchase experience amazing. He then introduced me to everyone in the dealership. I definitely recommend this dealership and Michael. I love my new car!

Great experience. Brian was very thorough and helpful; he took lots of time helping me get my smartphone synced up and provided valuable tips on the features of the vehicle.
