The sales experience was excellent. David was willing to look into vehicles and options that fit what we were looking for. We didn't feel under any pressure to make a purchase on something we didn't really want. We came back 2 or 3 different times and worked with David until we found the vehicle we wanted. The whole experience was very easy and we were well taken care of.
This is my second visit to Zimmerman to purchase a vehicle. Both times have been great experiences. Clint has been very helpful and has been willing to answer any questions I have.
I would've given a 4.5 for my overall rating but it will only let me give 4 stars. The only reason I gave 4 (4.5) stars instead of 5 was because the monthly payment was a lil bit more than what I felt comfortable with. I was already at my max but then found out I was approved but my payment would need to go up...Unless I had a co-signer it would've been lower but I wanted the credit so I went with the higher monthly payment. I just purchased a 2016 For Fusion from Zimmerman Auto Center and everything went very well throughout the test driving, financing, and purchasing process. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Jordan was helpful and informative during the selection process and Spencer helped me through the final purchasing process. Everyone answered questions and readily offered information. Financing was smooth and easy.
Joel was very helpful during the whole experience. He did his job well and was very personable and listened to what i wanted when deciding to purchase.
Helped me get into what I needed by listening and understanding first. Made sure I drove vehicle even though I knew what I wanted. Very personable and down to Earth

Sales experience went well after initial offer for my trade. Finance was very quick and easy, no hassles for up charging extended warranties etc. Detail was a little slow, therefore the lower rating for quality.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman Joel Tryon found us the perfect vehicle and made the payments fit our budget. We will be back to see them as soon as we need another vehicle.
