When researching our next car purchase, we stopped by Park Place two times. Frank helped us the first time and Ryan helped us the second time. Even though we said up front that we were just looking and researching, not buying, they both were generous with their time and allowed us to look at and test drive vehicles. Tiffany came out to meet me, listened to what type of car I was looking for and called back the next day with a really good match. There was an issue with the car not having a second key. Her manager said that was my problem. I wanted to walk out but Tiffany worked with her team and corrected the problem. Thanks. Tiffany was very neat, courteous, friendly, and professional.
