We had a very pleasant experience in searching for a new car. Everyone we met was engaging and met us with a smile. They took the time to search for a car that met our expectation.
We were very pleased with the service that we recieved and we would definitely recommended dealing with them again. Almin Alisa and Rob Benson were very polite, friendly, professional and very efficient!
My experience with this dealer was overall excellent, they were very nice and didn't seem to pushy. They had the best price within 100 miles but didn't match the price I could have got in Aurora, IL. If I cared a little more about the price I would have went there. Also, they ran a credit check when I was not financing through them, which made me a little upset, but I would still buy from them again. The warranty forever is an amazing addition as well!
The staff at Park Place Motors are very courteous and accommodating all the while without being the stereotypical "aggressive" salesman attitude. I have never felt pressured or had to haggle over price. I also like the smaller scale dealership facility. It's never overwhelming when you pull into the lot. thanks for a pleasant 3rd car purchase experience.

The staff at Park Place made picking up a new Audi much more pleasant and equally simple as buying a bottle of wine at a good restaurant. My choices were presented and fair pricing was offered. What makes them shine and the experience as a whole was the personal attention to detail that each person with whom I interacted provided. They made sure everything was perfect before I left and followed up post sale. Just like Mayo with healthcare, Park Place is a first class auto experience and worth the trip to Rochester.
Michael Cornell was the car salesman and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and did not push me into buying then vehicle. Overall very happy with my experience.
