The sales team at Park Place Motor Cars did a great job locating and delivering the car I was looking for on short notice. Old or new, these guys know BMW products inside and out and are willing to assist in any way possible at any time. They are also very team oriented and are willing to cover for each other whenever another team member is tied up. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Park Place in both sales and services for several years, highly recommended.

There is nothing I would suggest that the dealer could change. Very good experience. Almin did a very good job. I also felt that the management truly appreciated my business.

This was my first time buying a car and it was an easy enjoyable experience! We were greeted right away by Demetrius who brought us right to the car I had seen online that I wanted to test drive. I had previously driven the same make and model of this car at a different dealership but this one was in perfect condition with low miles and in my price range. This was our sixth purchase from Rochester Audi and each time the salesman, Almin Alisa, went beyond the call of duty to ensure our transaction went smoothly. I was able to look into purchasing a new vehicle due to the VW TDI settlement. I have only purchased my VW's from Park Place, so I didn't question where I would do my buyback. Throughout the whole process, I was grateful to have the kind and knowledgeable expertise of Michael Cornell to help us out. Michael is fantastic! I went to this dealership with the intention of test driving a few Volkswagens and ended purchasing one that day. I was greeted by Geoff Buchholtz and he is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with at any dealership. He didn't try to sell me a car, he worked with me to find one that I wanted to buy. 10/10 I would recommend Geoff; he wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell a car I didn't want, and he was very friendly.
