We were looking for a certified used vehicle and ended up buying 2017 model. We are very pleased with the vehicle. My only comment on the experience is that I thought there would be more of a search for what we thought we were looking for rather than within just the local inventory. We did not have an immediate need for a vehicle so thought the sales staff would take the time to make a wider search than just from the lot. We always by Elantras and we always by them from Zimmerman. We have always been treated well by the staff and have always enjoyed our cars. I couldn't imagine buying any other kind of car or buying it any place else. Thanks guys!

I had a VW diesel and chose the buyback and needed a new vehicle. I wanted to try out a used Subaru Impreza hatchback and salesman Almin Alisa made it a very easy sale, without the typical pressure. I had some logistical issues with my VW and Almin has promised to take care of them. Thanks for the smooth transaction and continued help.

Michael Cornell was our sales consultant and his customer service was exemplary. I called and texted Michael on questions regarding the color of the interior to potential options that were available on the car we purchased and he happily provided pictures and information along with a showing of the car to a family member who happened to be in the Rochester area. Truly an outstanding management team to work with in getting us into our new BMW X3 28i!! Brad Johnson and Rob Benson walked us smoothly through all aspects . They were friendly, knowledgeable and took an extra amount of time to go over everything we needed or wanted to know about our new car.We enjoyed the whole process immensely!
