great service by Jenna! i was looking for a bmw 3 series and looked in the cities first. motorwerks had the WORST service of any dealership i had ever encountered. then I tried bmw of minnetonka and decided to email park place. Jenna responded to my email right away and was able to give me a better deal than bmw of minnetonka. overall very happy customer.

Almin most definitely suceseded his goal!! He is one of the best sales people we have worked with, he approached us immediately but in that NO pressure approach that we like!! He was very friendly and helpful in every way, helped us in making the right decision when buying our 3rd Kia, we just love it!! Thank you Almin, Park Place Motor Car are lucky to have you!

My husband and I recently drove looking around for new cars and the Kia Optima, Sorento and Ford Tarus caught our eyes. We decided to test drive all of these. All three of them were nice, the Optima ended up being a little cheaper than the Sorento so we weened that one out, and customer service won it for the Optima. The customer service at Ford was not what we wanted. They helped me find the most cost effective and best possible means of keeping my car running for my VW Beetle! I highly recommend this place! Most people don't want to fix VW Beetles but these guys are experts at it!

Excellent service for my R Beetle. Jeff is knowledgable and friendly. Everything that was checked was clearly listed, along with a rating of findings. The wait was shorter than I expected: the service was done within the timeframe it was predicted to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the waiting area. I've lived in large cities and in a few small towns. So far, this dealership continues to be the best experience I've had.
