I really had a good experience with Kyle Ronnfeldt. He was knowledgeable professional and responsive. He’s a terrific sales person. I believe I got a great deal as well as experience.

I am currently in the process of buying my second car from this dealership. I have moved away from the Champaign area. I chose to come back to this dealership after my first purchase with Charlie, despite many dealerships being closer. My experience has been exceptional both times, as I custom built both of my vehicles. Everyone was a big help and provided ample resources to get exactly what I wanted.
I really enjoyed working with Charlie Lange and Ken Moerdyk. Both are superb and took the necessary time to guide me through the buying process, start to finish. I first met Charlie Lange 2 years ago, so in many ways I had a two (2) year relationship with him before I finally purhased my new X5.
The price of the car is reasonable, the client advisor is very patient and professional. I am a visiting scholar from China, everything is new to me. Steve answered each question patiently and helped me to solve problems.
