"Manufacturer recall " My appointment was a Saturday morning and everything went smoothly and was on time. They estimated a couple hours and it ended up being a little less than that.
"Great customer advisor" Nick has been our customer advisor for the last year or so and is always so professional. He goes above and beyond to stay in contact and keep things running smoothly!
"Long day, but worth it." Finally purchased my Pre-Owned Mini after a long day at the dealership. Bob was great to work with, very friendly and engaged even though he seemed quite busy.
"Made the leasing process so simple!" We just signed a lease for a 2020 x5 and when all of the other dealerships started off quoting pricing unreasonably high, Ferman gave us the best deal right off the bat. We had other dealerships come back and match Ferman's price (even on cars with additional features), but because they were such a pleasure to deal with- we chose to go with them! A huge thank you to Charlie, David and Toby for making our experience so wonderful!
"Amazing customer service from beginning through the follow u" My normal service agent was not in when I showed up do to a family matter. Nick jumped in and made me feel like he had been my service agent forever. Ceaser is also great.
"Double check work" The service center has great customer service, but things are overlooked in the repair shop. Dropped off car for an evaporator coil first time and oil change and I only got the oil change done after I picked it up. Dropped it off again to fix the evaporator coil and it was fixed. They also repaired a seal in the door and afterAnd after I took it home noticed that the door trim lighting on the driver side was no longer working. Overall I like Furman but little things could be improved.
"Excellent" I bought a BMW x5, Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable...would refer friends and family, in fact I did and my cousin bought a new car from him
"750 service" Service advisor was extremely helpful and accommodating! Thank you for your help working around my schedule!! Car came back perfect...and all is good! Thank you!
"Very seamless and not pressured by sales rep" Very relaxed and professional environment. The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Did not feel rushed to make a decision and found them very accommodating. An excellent experience and I got exactly what I wanted.
