"Great service, great experience" Most people cringe at the thought of buying a new car and dealing with "pushy" sales people. That's not the case at Ferman! From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was treated by a warm, friendly, helpful staff. Robert Chodorowski (sales) was patient, enthusiastic and respectful. I never once felt pushed to make a purchase. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had. I would recommend Ferman BMW without hesitation
