"Smooth quick transaction " We bought our second BMW in 2 months here. Both very good experiences. People are easy to work with, process is fast and efficient and we were able to get exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Robert C and Aaron C are especially helpful and easy to work with.

"Routine service" Routine service was provided. Dashboard chimes when it is time for routine service; it was scheduled easily and transportation provided to get me to work because I didn't have time to wait while work was performed.
"Great experience " I was able to get exactly what I wanted for a great price. Professional service and very easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

"Always excellent service. " Always excellent service. I would never take my MINI anywhere else. However, it’s annoying to be contacted multiple times afterward for reviews and ratings then be required to write something in order to submit. If I don’t respond to the first rating inquiry, please let it go.
"Oil change " Everything about the visit was exceptional. All my expectations we exceeded. We are very glad we purchased the vehicle at Ferman and will continue to go there in the future.
"3 month service " I must say the process was quick and easy. Just drop your car off at the service center go inside and speak to the rep at the service desk, answer a few questions and that’s all.. you can either wait or ask for a loaner.. just make sure your back in time before they close.
