"Another great experience " Bought our fifth car from Derek. This time a Ferman Mini Countryman. Always trust Derek and Ferman to do a fair deal. This time the Mini brand won us over. Live 2 miles from another dealer but still traveled 30 miles.

"Great Service Center " The Ferman BMW Service center has taken care of my last two Beamer’s. They service the car per scheduled maint required. When I pick up the car it has been washed and Is very clean. The service is fast and the Service advisor reports what was done. They have an Awesome lounge, if you wait for your car. I have been very happy with the service department and all aspects of Ferman BMW. Pete in the parts department is wonderful! He has helped me purchase Accessories for both of my BMW’s..
