"2020 M 760i" Excellent approach to sales - let the vehicle sell itself. No fluff just the facts! Alex Wolf was very knowledgeable and responsive to questions without being pushy. I would definitely purchase again from Ferman BMW and Alex. The finance process went smoothly. Erin had all paperwork ready when I got to the dealership which was very much appreciated.

"Robert is awesome" Robert is very knowledgeable, friendly, and was very attentive. Whenever I need another new car, I will be visiting him and I would recommend all of my friends and family to him. He made the buying process pleasurable.

"Thorough, fair, but time consuming" Everyone we worked with was very personable, and definitely had our best interests at heart. Not pushy, and honest with what services they offered that were good, and which ones we should avoid. My only critique is how long it took to do everything. Spent over 4 hours the first day looking at the car and deciding on a deal, then over 3 hours the second day just to do final paperwork. That being said, we’re very happy with the deal, and with the car.

"Charlie Fernandes, Bmw M4" It was a great experience,with a lot of effort from the Salesman,Charlie Fernandes. Communication was on point,all the questions were provided with correct answers. Very professional. They went above and beyond,to satisfy our needs,and stayed passed hours,on Friday night,to help us close our deal. Next time getting an M car, will definitely keep this name in my contact.
