"Excellent service " I have been getting my car serviced for a couple years now at Ferman BMW and I am thoroughly impressed with their service department! I’m a huge fan of Jamie in service. She writes up the service to be completed on my car and is knowledgeable, dependable and provide fabulous customer service. Stevon is a fantastic technician and I trust him completely with my car.

"Great Service Experience" Got to the dealership before opening and one of the service guys setting up invited me to go inside any way and have coffee while I waited 10 minutes for them to open instead of sitting outside in my car. That was much appreciated. It took about 5 days for the car to be prepared and they were great about letting me know how things were progressing daily. "Repairs Done Right" Once Team Red or Team Blue has performed any maintenance to my BMW, I've never return, because they are liable and know how to get the job "Done Right" the first time around. My service Adviser Jamie Annese is one of the best, she writes up the order as per my request and if I have any questions on further manners, she always has one of the Repair Team member meet with me for a discussion on a particular repair. Jamie always makes sure I have travel arrangements if the repair will take longer than a day.... read more
