"Just okay" There was no advance planning and my service rep treated me as if my questions were barely tolerable. It was known that prior to my visit that my tire had a slow leak and no one checked on the availability of a replacement tire until I had already waited an hour. It took 3 hours to change oil, wipers, and one tire. It was also frustrating that pricing a simple wiper replacement took so long and was so expensive. The processes could definitely use some streamlining.
