"Came for the cars bought because of Dan!" My wife and I went late to try and avoid the salesman attack. After looking at a few we were spotted anyway. To our surprise, Dan encouraged us to just look around, gave us a card and let us be for a few. "Most excellent experience ever at a dealership" My experience with both Doug the Service advisor and Stevon Budhu was nothing short of prestigious. From the excellent service to the detail and knowledge presented, I really felt like my car was in the best hands when getting a big job done. I will continue to only service my car at Ferman BMW and highly recommend it for anyone else that wants this level of service.

"Ferman BMW used car review" The day started off in Land O lake at the Ferman used car side of the dealer. That was a horrible experience, the cars on the lot were dirty and no one came out to help us. After going inside it was like we were bothering them on their lunch and was told what we had is what you see. We went to the new side and spoke to Diego. "Accomadating friendly professional staff " I was very happy throughout the sales process and it was satisfying to get everything as promised at the time of delivery. Vehicle purchase made easy. Also Ferman offered good finance options and competitive rates. I got the car I always wanted from Ferman without the hassle.

"Great experience. " Working with Dan was effortless. His laidback demeanor and no-nonsense style of selling me a car was a breath of fresh air. He should be a sales trainer for Ferman BMW. He answered all of my questions and even some I was thinking about asking. Knowledgeable, intuitive and very polite. I would recommend Dan to anyone I know that is looking for a car and wise person to do business with.
