"Very nice experience " I called the night before and set an appointment to take a look at the vehicle I was interested in. The salesman Justin had it waiting for me out front to look at, in the shade so it was cool. We went for a test drive and then started talking number. "Hassle free purchase" Had a great experience at Ferman BMW. Our salesperson, Mary. Was an absolute joy to work with, she was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. The rest of the staff that supported her were also great. Hats off to Alex, the M genius, that answered every question specific to the M3 we purchased. This is how car shopping should be, harassment free. I will definately buy from FErman BMW and Mary again!

"It was awesome " The person that helped us from the beginning was very helpful, all the questions I had for her she would answer them with a lot of experience. Even though we had to drive about one hour and a half away it was worth it.
