"Mini purchase" The sales experience was as good as it gets when purchasing a vehicle. Sales staff went out of their way to provide a great experience and great customer service. I'm glad I chose Ferman to purchase my car.

"Best car buying experience to date" After a not-so-pleasant experience attempting to purchase a car with a different dealership, I gave it one last shot to buy my dream car, a GTI. "great attention and patience" We spent a few days test driving cars. Cleo our salesperson never tired of our questions or our changes of direction in what we felt we would want to buy. We never felt pressured into buying, and felt supported by everyone involved.
