"Extremely professional from sales to finance" I was especially impressed with the lady who was our finance manager. She did not try to sell unnecessary warranties just so dealershiip could make more money or herself for that matter. She talked about our needs and explained why or why not we needed certain protections. Best experience I have ever had with a finance manager and I have had 4 bmws and many other cars

"Very professional." My experience with the salesman at ferman bmw was very positive, very professional and i felt no pressure to buy at all.
