"25th Anniversary Gift" Many thanks to Steve for a pleasant buying experience! While we waited for our X1 to be ready we enjoyed driving the X2 as a loaner and it gave me, a complete “newbie”, the opportunity to get a feel for what driving a BMW on a daily basis would be like. I never thought I’d be a “Beemer Girl” but once Steve showed me what the X1 could do I was sold, which my husband knew would happen! Driving it home on our 25th anniversary was a very sweet treat! "Yet another great experience" Yet another positive experience at the Ferman BMW service center. My car was having mtiple warnings for different systems all of a sudden, late on a Friday night Jamie got me booked for service and arranged for a loaner on a very busy Saturday morning when my main service advisor Nick Hawk was off. Nick communicated promptly Monday morning with explanation, proposed service and exact estimate.
