"Its all about courtesy and follow-up" After working with Crown Euro and Lokey MB, I met Gary who offered a car that didn't fit my needs. He followed up with another option after a few days later. The fact that he didn't give up, nor forget to reach out, was the reason I chose Ferman BMW over the others. Another factor was the clear, concise and speedy paperwork process handled by Erin. Cars can be similar in many ways, but the way you are treated, as an individual, is ultimately why one dealership is chosen over the other.

"Service was done quickly and correctly " Service was done surprisingly quickly and the car also got washed. What more can I say? The waiting area was clean and restroom, too. Ok

"Best experience ever!" Having purchased over 20 vehicles over the years, this was my first one with BMW. This was essentially an internet purchase with one visit to the showroom. I dealt with Charlie Fenrnandez 99% of the time. I can unequivocally say that he has been the BEST car sales professional I have ever dealt with. He was responsive, honest, detailed and professional. "#1 BMW service department in Florida" Douglas Wilder in Service deserves an award - my first time servicing my BMW i3 at Ferman BMW and Douglas took great care in writing up my service needs, keeping me updated on my car's status, and providing that extra touch of customer care that most other BMW service departments don't provide. Kudos to Douglas in the service department and Ferman BMW. Highly recommended!!

"Great experience, thank you!" I haven't purchase a car in nearly a decade. I knew going to the dealer I had an "idea" of what i was looking for. Mark came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to narrow my choices down with me based on what I explained and wanted and needed.
