"Great experience" Steve Venden was very knowledgeable about BMW's and answered all of the questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable about the purchase of our BMW. He went out of his way, even at 10:00 at night showing me how to set up phone, navigator, and other things. This was a wonderful experience and we feel good about our purchase!

"Excellent service! Laid back, no pressure." David Soto was extremely helpful in getting us financed and getting the car detailed, etc. We never felt pressured in any way. Some BMW dealers can feel rather snooty, we felt this was a very laid back environment where we were comfortable. One of the better car buying experiences I've ever had. Getting the deal closed took a little longer than we wanted, as they were pretty busy, but aside from that, it was a great experience.
