I have been using BMW of Bloomfield since 2006 when I purchased my 2003 Z4. I still own that car. In November 2014, I purchased my brand new X1, a 2015 model. I have been happy with the services provided for my cars. The staff are most pleasant and exceptionally accommodating. My service managers have always been helpful and congenial. I made a purchase the 10th of March and part of the terms in my closing was the installation of a rear view camera. April, Gina, everyone took care of me flawlessly. Even when there was a problem after the installation the team got me right in, corrected the issue with no problem, and set me on my way. The purchase of a car can be quite intimidating but this team took great care of me.

my visit with BMW of bloomfield was excellent. Mike Blomgren had handled everything from the choice of cars to the finished product. I could not be happier, I would highly recommend BMW of bloomfield to just about everyone.

William Hamilton was so good and prompt with any questions I had, he builds a sense of confidence in the customer and one feels comfortable dealing.

It took several tries to reach the service department by telephone. I suggest you get rid of the automated system. Though I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, no one ever remembers who I am. I suggest you flag loyal customers so that reps know to acknowledge them when they call. I have a different service rep every time I call. All are courteous, friendly and helpful, but it is frustrating. Hilario solved all my problems in very good time. I would prefer to have him be assigned to my account for all future service.

Purchased my first car here Saturday, it was a BMW 430i xdrive. It was by the the quickest and easiest purchase I’ve ever seen, I have been to the car dealer many times throughout my life watching my parents buy cars, none of their visits compared to this. My sales person Robert Kaufman was great. He knew exactly what I was looking for and knew my budget. The only complaint I have was I went in late sat afternoon and wasn’t really told everything about my Car such as roadside, how to use certain things, saltellite radio subs... read more

I had an excellent experience with leasing a new BMW. The salesman, Bobby Kaufman, was exceptional in making this transaction work. He was very resourceful in presenting different scenarios in order to meet my needs. I was referred to him and would not hesitate to do the same to anyone seeking to purchase or lease a BMW. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience with this dealership.

I thought the reps at BMW Bloomfield extremely courteous and professional. I didn't feel rushed at all, nor did they mind my barrage of questions! the whole team (especially Anthony & Dave) was extremely easy and pleasant to work with.
