After months of shopping and several bids out to dealerships to build the car I wanted BMW Bloomfield was able to meet my needs. Vehicle Delivery was on time and their Service Genie Staff help me understand all the new bells and whistles as well as setting up the Media, Phone and so forth.

Went in for scheduled maintenance and spoke with Hilario. He was very accommodating and helpful with regard to communicating the timeline and services performed on my x3. Had me setup where i was able to continue working while the work was done. Easy and painless.

Everything was great except the car was not vacuumed, not even basic cleaning. Expected and asked upfront about interior vacuum, not sure though if this is part of service here but was included in my previous BMW service center
