Ahron was very helpful with the entire service process, He tried his best to get a new tire from the insurance company but unfortunately since it was worn out it didnt work. I would recommend him

Advisor was hands on . All the workers were polite . The lounge area was clean. The site used text messaging to communicate. The advisor was very professional!

The customer service has greatly improved. I gave kudos to everyone that I met except the last driver. The 1st driver who dropped me home was great from the time he was assigned to take me home until I exited his car. However, the 2nd one has no customer service skills and he is not a safe driver either. He kept switching lanes with no signals. The dude David was very helpful and nice! Even though loaner cars weren't available they got me where I needed to go and back to pick up. Didn't have to miss work.
