This is our 3rd vehicle from this dealership and from Jon Del Franco and his team. We have no complaints at all. The team is very thorough and informative. No hassle and straight to the point. Great service and knowledgeable group.
Salesman Ron Humphrey was excellent, very knowledgeable and a overall great guy the sales process was easy and very well explained, this is my first leasing experience and Mr.Humphrey made it that much better I plan to recommend him and the dealership to friends and family great job the dealership is lucky to have him working there
Service adviser , i think his name is David. He is the guy who take care my car when I visit He explain very detail and advise option what I can do.
I was not thrilled about the new 50 mile/day limit on the loaner vehicle. I would assume that if i worked farther than the mileage permitted I would have to pay $.75 for each additional mile. Not ok! Overall I had a decent experience. Corey did a great job!!
Thank you for the service ... I had a glitch in traffic, New Jersey, with the direction of the vehicle. Coming from Canada and moving south for a vacation, they made me an emergency appointment. I immediately forked towards Bloomfield. The problem, the piece and my problem were settled on site in 3 hours. Very friendly and professional staff. Thanks again !
David got me an appointment for the same day; had diagnostic check, oil change, and a few other fixes. No loaner car necessary; short wait time, exceptional service, very professional; kept me posted throughout the entire process whether via text or in person.
