"Bmw service only one in oahu" Since this is the only bmw dealer in Oahu, it must be used for most efficient way to service your bmw. I had a special coupon stating oil change at $89, but advisor tried to ignore it and charge me $175! I had to argue with this advisor to get my rightful price. Not all advisors are this way, so try and get your favorite one!
"Great service" Went in for warranty recall repair and was helped by Nathan Bagnol. Very friendly and positive while being eager to help. My car was repaired by technician Branden and he completed the service fast. BMW also gave me a courtesy shuttle ride to take me home while my car was being worked on.
"Good Service, Great People" Outstanding support from the Service Manger who came out and personally met me and explained wheel alignment service done & results. Good service and shuttle service! Strong support from Service Advisor who followed up with me and kept me apprised of vehicle work & status.
