"Excellence " I am extremely pleased with the service and for Justin and Dan going out of there way to find the best car for me. I highly recommend BMW.
"Smooth" Ashlyn was nice and amazing with the whole process. She was working under Terrence. Issac was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the finances. Overall, I had a great experience.
"Very good" Everything done professionally with friendly service. Obren was easy to work with and always kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Work with him and you’ll have a great experience.
"Airbag sensor and more" Brought in my 2004 X3 to check an airbag light. Replaced the sensor and reported a few other items that needed attention. Everything was done in one day and returned shiny and like new. Thank you.
"ABS lights came on" Was driving in Manoa that went through a big pothole. The next day the ABS light came on. Took it to BMW. Carmella and the rest of the crew immediately help. The car needed to stay for 3 days for the parts to arrive. They got me a rental, got the car fixed and since then it has been running smoothly.
"Smooth Transaction " My buying experience was very positive. They were flexible in giving me time to secure my financing as well as deciding to purchase additional add-on services.
"Thom Butler" Thom has always been awesome. Most professional and caring Sales Consultant one could ask for. His Manager, Dan Mau, has also been nothing short of awesome.
"Great experience " The buying experience was amazing. Everything was up front and clear. Wallace Ma was a pleasure to work with and Otto in finance made everything super easy. I think I’ll be a customer for life.
